Save Our Community Shop
We did it! We closed the shop as planned on the 11th July and, after a massive amount of hard work by a lot of people, re-opened on the 29th July. Our new shop looks amazing and everyone loves our new look.

Our thanks go to everyone who got involved during the shutdown period, it turned into a real community event with a lot of villagers turning up to move boxes – lots of boxes!, paint, clean and make coffee as required. It was certainly hard work but also a lot of fun.

Fundraising for the build has gone well. We still have a few jobs to do inside plus a revamp of the outside space, so the final amount required is still work in progress.

We will continue to fund raise going forward as there will always be new equipment to buy or maintenance work to be done on the building so your continued support either by contributing, attending one of our future events or making a donation will be much appreciated.

If you would like to make a donation this can be done by cash or cheque at the shop or by bank transfer. If you would like to use the latter option please email [donations-email] for the account details.

Many thanks for all the support shown over the last three years, it has been amazing and we now have a beautiful shop here to serve our community for the foreseeable future.
